Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transport Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 5 years as an Operations Manager. Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor transport operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. - Oversee vehicle and driver registration, route planning, trip scheduling, and documentation using TIMS and GPS tracking systems. - Track, analyze, and improve key logistics KPIs including fleet utilization, on-time delivery, fuel efficiency, and maintenance compliance. - Handle all legal and insurance matters related to vehicle accidents, including coordination with authorities and insurance companies.
