- የትምህርት አይነትና ደረጃ: ከታወቀ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ት/ቤት በሰው ሀብት ሥራ አመራር ወይም አግባብ ያለው የንግድ ዘርፍ (10+2) ወይምደረጃ III ሰርተፊኬት ያለው/ላት
- አግባብ ያለው የሥራ ልምድ: 2 ዓመት
