Plan sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of company goals. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers; regularly engage to understand and meet their transport needs. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base. - Negotiate competitive rates and services with customers and carriers to ensure profitability. - Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, operations, and finance) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. - Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and contractual obligations. - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
