Education Background in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Work closely with engineering colleagues (PHEs) to implement and monitor Oxfam’s water, sanitation and hygiene promotion (WASH) interventions ensuring an integrated behaviour change communication (BCC) approach to the public health needs of programme activities. - Organise and conduct training for the identified community groups which may include Hygiene Community Outreach Agents (HCOAs), water point attendants, latrine cleaners, etc as applicable or as needed by the project. - Ensure where possible an empowering approach to working with communities is employed.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Health Promotion, Social Work, Development Studies, Sociology, Public Health, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Design and implement effective SBCC strategies that enhance understanding and acceptance of inline chlorination as a safe, affordable, and sustainable water treatment method among local stakeholders and target communities - Lead behaviour changes campaigns with Woreda WASH Officers to increase household adoption of inline chlorination, with a strong focus on health benefits, correct use, and safe storage and handling of treated water - Facilitate strategic partnerships with government agencies, community leaders, NGOs, and private sector actors to promote acceptance and support the scale-up of inline chlorination initiatives

Bachelor's Degree in Health Officer, Nursing, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Organize the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of mobile Health and nutrition activities in the assigned woreda; - Coordinate and facilitate implementation of mobile health and Nutrition activities, including site selection and preparation weekly outreach plan; - Facilitate the availability of  essential drugs, supplies, and therapeutic products for the team and the selected health service delivery sites Location - Tigray/Irob

BSc Degree in Public Health, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience L0cation: Erabit Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with team members to integrate nutrition and health services effectively. - Work with local authorities and partners to harmonize efforts for better impact and sustainability. - Plan and organize TSF (Targeted Supplementary Feeding) and IYCF counseling and education at designated distribution sites in collaboration with other nutrition teams.

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate the development and implementation of surveillance strategies aligned with IR1 objectives. - Facilitate the development of project annual and sub-annual microplanning, as well as other planning, monitoring, and reporting templates.  - Facilitate the development and implementation of Community-Based Surveillance (CBS) using standard CBS guidelines. 

Master’s Degree in Public Health, Public Policy, Economics, Business Administration, Global Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead and manage strategic initiatives across critical thematic areas (e.g., PHC financing, workforce strategy, service delivery optimization, digital health, etc.). - Oversee the full project lifecycle, including scoping, planning, resource allocation, execution, stakeholder engagement, monitoring, evaluation, and reporting. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely delivery of programs.
