Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all installation , maintenance activities and track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance
- Develop maintenance procedures Create and maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations
- Check electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure functionality
- Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
- Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
- Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
- Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
- Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when necessary
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Good in analytical skill in problem solving, Energetic, committed, capable to coordinate and manage the duties and responsibilities of graduate in BSC degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience:-
- At least 5 years experiences in Technic head in industry preferably in Edible oil Factory
