Currently, we’re seeking a plant manager to manage and direct the production, maintenance, and quality assurance functions of one of our Terazone, Granite and Marble crushing factories largest. This professional multi tasker will direct the coordination of all manufacturing departments’ functions to ensure compliance with company objectives, quality systems, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be exceptionally detail oriented and able to lead a team, serving as a liaison between upper management and the functions of the plant. The candidate must therefore be dedicated to achieve operational excellence with a genuine interest in helping our company success.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing operations of production, machinery, processing, and packaging departments, Strong leadership and managerial attributes. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Ensure that all process line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance, and planning, expediting as needed
• Direct and manage the establishment and maintenance of material replenishment methods, quality standards, and performance metrics in support of the organizational goals and objectives
• Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures
• Create documentation protocols and ensure that all operations records are properly maintained and reviewed
• Develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in various activities related to safety, quality, productivity, innovation, information and data security, supply management, marketing, people management, HR and other delivery
• Allocate resources effectively
• Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus.
• Recruit, hire onboard new staff , build and maintain a trusting relationship with employees
• Adhere to company's rules, regulations and determine KPIs and measure them on a regular basis.
• Share a trusting relationship with workgroup and recruit, manage , develop plant staff  ,practice conflict resolution among departments and employees
• Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve
• Coordinate maintenance and repairs to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure all legal requirements, company safety procedures, and local and state health and safety regulations are met
• Share a trusting relationship with work group and recruit, manage and develop plant staff.

Good in analytical skill in problem solving ,Energetic, committed, capable to coordinate and manage the duties and responsibilities of graduate in BSC degree in Geology, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering Mechanical Engineering, BA in Economics and BA in Management  & Business Management.

Experience:-

• At least 10 years in Managing, Leading, coordinating in operational process  of having experience in Marble, Granite and  Mining Factory  five (5) years in Managerial position .
