Job Description
In recognition of the capacity and professionalism possessed, the holder of this job title is responsible to undertake the under stated responsibilities and duties under the supervision of the head of Planning and Supervision.
1. Prepare realistic operational plan of the job, periodic report and submit to the head of the service,
2. Planning, controlling and supervising the utilization of all resources related with the development, expansion and improvement of all sector of the company under operation and those newly established,
3. Organize, lead and execute the preparation of strategic plan at corporate and division level,
4. Over see the investment projects of the company and evaluate their performances,
5. Coordinate the preparation of short term (annual) and long term plan including operational and financial and marketing at corporation and division level, prepare annual financial and physical work plan of the corporation office and all divisions and present to the operation management,
6. Identify the need of training, organize and control the implementation of training program under the company, over see the preparation of appropriate training manuals/ modules, arrangements of training facilities and evaluate the effectiveness and the implementation of training program and the responsiveness of the trainees,
7. Follow up and prepare up dated evaluation regarding the functionality of organizational structure, operational flow, information management system and problem solving strategies, and submit the findings to the operation manager,
8. Coordinate and facilitate the preparation of operational manuals at corporate and division level and supervise their effective implementation,
9. Undertake research on identifying potential and existing treats and problems in the company and recommend possible solutions,
10. Undertake research on the possibility of improving the operational management, introduction and adoption of new and relevant technologies, resource conservation, production and service efficiency,
11. Actively participate in the team work under the service and contribute to the best of the capacity and respect the value and assets of the division,
12. Undertake other duties to be assigned by the head of the service,
13. Prepare periodic performance reports and submit to the head of the service.
