MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Awareness Creation, Trachomatous Trichiasis identification, TT surgery & other eye Health care services
• Plan, prepare and assemble all the necessary materials and consumables required to perform eye health care, TT and cataract surgery.
• Facilities and provides different workshops, trainings and awareness raising activities on HIV/AIDS prevention, control and care programs.
• Work to improve the long and short term family planning

Job Requirement

• No. required: 2 (Two
• Qualification:  Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Public health or related field and certified on Trachomatous  Trichiasis  correction surgery (Being taught (Trabut & Bilamellar tarsal rotation (BLTR) Technique and with legal professional license & practical experience.
• Work experience: Minimum of 4 years for Diploma & 2 years for Degree holders practically on related field
• Language:  A good command of spoken and written English & Afan Oromo

Duty station: Ellu Gelan & Dano Integrated Rural Development Project, West Shoa, Oromiya.
