- የትምህርት ደረጃ: 10ኛ እና 12ኛ ያጠናቀቀ በቴክኒክ እና ሙያ ዲፕሎማ ፤ ደረጃ-3 እና ደረጃ-4 ያለው
- ተፈላጊ የሥራ ልምድ: ከሶስት (3) አመት በላይ በሙያው ያገለገለ
ተፈላጊ ችሎታ:
- በቂ የሆነ የቴክኒክ እና የጎሚስታ ሥራ ችሎታ ያለው
- መልካም ስነ-ምግባር ያለው፤
