Master's Degree in Public Health or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Administering the assessments for the situation analysis by collecting, transcribing, translating, and completing preliminary analysis of high-quality data for the study - Will travel to the different sites and ensure that study eligibility criteria are met - Will obtain informed consent, compiling complete information with all requisite study forms, and responding to the needs of the study participants as appropriate

BSc Degree in Public Health, Health Education, Nursing or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the cluster Health Center to ensure provision of regular supportive supervision to HEWs and health posts. Facilitate review meetings and ensure timely reporting and feedback mechanisms. Ensure effective supply linkages between health posts and cluster health centers. - Collaborate closely with the Woreda government and project MNCH Officer to ensure seamless referral and service linkage for mothers and children needing care at higher-level facilities.
