Job Description
The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP). On behalf of the Office of the high commissioner for Human Right (OHCHR), is seeking to heir an Administrative clerk who perform, under minimal supervision, the full range of office administrative support function including facilitation of local and international travel of staff and meeting participants, coordination of service-wide activities (meeting, workshop, training etc.) and events checking vehicles logs and preparation of the drafts vehicles history reports and maintenance plans; processing visa, identify cards and other documents in accordance with requirements for the UN and national governments in collaboration with the senior office driver, coordination of asset management in the office, timely preparation and submission of periodic inventory reporting and staffing table; and perform a verify administrative duties ( g. Leave recording, meeting organization, reservation, office supply and equipment orders, etc.)
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education in management, Business Administration or Related field is highly desirable.
