Job Description
The United Nation Development Programme (UNDP), on behalf of the United Nation Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) is seeking to hire programme coordinator-ending Violence Against Women and Girl (EVAWG) Spotlight who will be responsible for overall coordination of the Stream I and specifically the implementation of pillar 6 including through programme and partnership management, monitoring and reporting, and management of finance and personnel of the regional programme
Job Requirements
Master’s degree or equivalent in public administration, law, human right, gender equality, management, social science or other related areas is required; a first-level university degree in combination with two additional years of qualifying experience may be accepted in lieu of the advanced university degree and a project/ programme management certification would be an added advantage
How to Apply
Interested applicant must have at least seven years of Progressively responsible experience at the national or international level in managing complex and multi-component programme intervention with regional partners, preferably related to EVAW and Women’s Human right; experience in coordinating, implementing, monitoring and evaluating development programme and project, specifically with different UN agencies
