Humedica e.V Ethiopia would like to announce the following vacant post for its new project in Somali regional government Dollo Ado Woreda, Liben Zone.

Project: Securing life-saving activities in Dollo Ado Primary Hospital in Liben Zone- in Somali Regional Government

Work station: All positions are for Dolo Ado Field office

Contract: one year with possibility of extension

Project Logistics officer is supposed to care about the logistical issues-activities of the project.

Also address store issues: prepare requests and purchase order receiving, delivery to partners, record keeping-inventory reporting

Requirement:

• BA/BSc or Diploma in logistics and supplies management, procurement management and other related fields with logistics experience
• Experience in warehouse and store logistics, especially, in medical supplies, for BA at least 3 years and for Diploma 5 years in INGO or humanitarian organizations
• Skilled in computerized and manual inventory data base management
• Work experience in Logistics for remote areas like Dollo
• Skilled in required logistics operational health and Safety (OH&S) protocols in storage facility
• Work experience in international NGO

 Should/nice to have:

• Very good English speaking and writing skill
• Very good communication skill, empathy and patience with staff and all stakeholders and partners
• Somali language skills
• Ability to work harmoniously with the team.
