Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer will facilitate new hires for the company and make sure onboarding is scheduled on time. She/he will be handling training program schedule, prepare training evaluation report and assist on the performance evaluation process.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Create a staff database and keep track of all relevant staff information. 
  • Ensure job offer letters, contract agreements are timely prepared with Job description and signed by the employee.
  • Ensure that each employee has completed all pension formalities and has obtained a pension ID card.
  • Keep and update staff leave records. 
  • Monitor contract expiry dates and renews contracts before it expires 
  • Assist the hiring managers to prepare Job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, shortlist and schedule interviews. 
  • Follow up status of recruitment for open and vacant positions. 
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers 
  • Ensure all newly hired staff are scheduled for onboarding/orientation programs 
  • Assist on Developing and maintaining training programs of all internal and external training
  • Ensure all training is monitored and recorded. 
  • Assist on the performance evaluation process.

 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, in Management or Business Administration. 
  • Proven skills in administration and Human resources management 

 

Experience:

•      Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as in Human Resources.
