Master's Degree in International Development, Economics, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Prepare and finalize implementation agreements (sub-grant agreements) with selected partners and facilitate the signing process. - Provide all required technical support during the implementation of agreed interventions to ensure alignment with project goals. - Ensure that women and youth are meaningfully integrated into interventions and that their constraints are identified and addressed.

Educational background in a realted field of study Duties & Responsibilites: - Work in different departments to gain perspective, including marketing, sales, finance, purchasing, human resources, and M & A/ Legal departments. - Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business. - Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by upper management and determined upon accepting the position  - Report on the progress of goals and objectives - Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties 

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience
