Job Requirement

• Educational Qualification: BA in Management or Human Resource Management
• Work Experience: 2 years as Associate Human Capital  Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years Human Capital Officer I or equivalent experience

Location: 

• Addis Ababa, Head Office

Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale
