- የመመዝገቢያ ቀን፡- ይህ ማስታወቂያ በጋዜጣ ከወጣበት ቀን ጀምሮ ባሉት 7 /ሰባት/ ተከታታይ የሥራ ቀናት ከጠዋቱ 1፡3ዐ-9፡2ዐ ሰዓት በመምጣት መመዝገብ የምትችሉ መሆኑን እየገለጽን በተራ ቁጥር 2 የተገለፀው ሥራ መደብ ግን የምዝገባ ጊዜ ቀን ያልተገደበ ስለሆነ ከላይ በተገለፀው ሰዓት ምዝገባ የምናካሂድ መሆኑን እንገልጻለን፡፡
- መመዝገቢያ ቦታ፡- ሚክሲኮ ፖሊስ ሆስፒታል ፊት ለፊት በሚገኘው የድርጅቱ ዋና መ/ቤት የሰው ሀብት ልማትና አስተዳደር ቢሮ ቁጥር 37
- ለውድድሩ ብቁ የሆኑ አመልካቾች ለፈተና ጥሪ የሚደረገው በድርጅቱ የውስጥ ማስታወቂያ ይገለጻል፤
- አመልካቾች ለምዝገባ ሲቀርቡ የስነ-ምግባር መግለጫ ከመ/ቤታቸው ማጻፍ ይጠበቅባቸዋል፡፡
