Job Summary
The WASH Program Manager will work collaboratively with the Senior Program Manager and Senior Operational Manager, the WASH Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of all water, sanitation and hygiene promotion activities in the assigned field location. She/he will provide technical and managerial leadership, direction, and oversight of programs in assigned area to make sure all activities of high quality and respond to immediate needs.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
Software skills:
Competent in Windows, MS office programs, AutoCAD (or similar computer aided design), email and database experience;
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent in spoken and written English, and any local language skills are a plus.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations.
Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
Ability to respond effectively to sensitive inquiries or complaints.
Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to generate and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, sampling theory, and factor analysis.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a wide range of intellectual and practical problems.
Ability to deal with nonverbal symbolism (formulas, scientific equations, graphs, musical notes, etc.,) in its most difficult phases.
Ability to deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variables.
