Job Description

Term of Employment: 1(one) YearContract with possibility of extension

Quantity Required: 1(one)

. Gather, organize, manage and publish content across Digital signage CMS platforms.

. Configure, control and manage Digital Signage Content management system.

. Manage and control Ad hoc users access control to a specific zone and/or content type.

. Provide management and ongoing support of the EPHI-wide Digital Signage system network.

. Provide expert guidance on digital signage strategy, digital information architecture, and digital user experience to EPHI content creators.

. Implement digital signage structure and nomenclature to create the most impactful presentation of content.

. Create an environment for rich user experiences through compelling content-rich digital landscapes, with a focus on usability and accessibility.

. Coordinate user testing and evaluation of digital screens, digital media, and technologies; analyze results and make recommendations.

. Plan and create digital signage presentations for each department/units that tells a compelling and informative story to the audience.

. Troubleshooting any operational problems of digital signage system.

. Work cross-functionally with public relation department/unit and ICT technical teams.

. Develop SOP for operation and management of digital signage and ensure its proper implementation

. Adhere to brand and content standards and guidelines.

. Perform other activities as required

. Technically proficient and detail oriented with a focus on execution.

. Must have excellent knowledge of graphics design

. Content Creation

. Content management.

. Understanding of UI/UX Design, WordPress

. Problem solving and negotiation skills.

. Analytical skills.

. Ability to multi-task and effectively operate in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment

. Excellent communication and project management skills

Job Requirements

. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT

. 4 years’ content management or related experience on health sector is required
