Timex Trading P.L.C A well- known construction Equipment diesel generators importer and distributor, and Export of different kinds of oil seeds, would like to recruit for the Executive Secretary Vacant position.
Specific Duties Responsibilities
- Prepare bank deposit slip, deposit money to bank.
- Pay monthly revenue of the company to government authority.
- Pay monthly employee salary of the company.
- Payment settlement pity cash according to company regulation.
- Files all document. And opens new file as required.
- Report daily, weekly & monthly.
- Other works.
Job Requirements
Educational qualification
- Minimum of BA degree from recognized institute in Accounting, finance & Accounting.
Work Experience
- Minimum of one year’s for BA degree Experience related with the position.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge on Peachtree.
- Good knowledge on IFRS.
- Good communication.
- Computer Skills.
- Good interpersonal relationship capacity.
