WGGA Eye Centre is a full service multi-specialty practice located in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Established in 2012, we have expanded to a group of eight certified Ophthalmologists, an Ophthalmic Medical Technologist and five Optometrists. Job Summary

Provide information by accessing all type of calls. Assist customers by providing fast and accurate information, handle emergency calls and assist people with patience.

 Detail Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Interrupt busy lines if an emergency warrants.
  • Answer incoming telephone lines in a professional manner and call patients when needed
  • Schedule patient appointment and manage optimal order of patient visit based on physician and type of patient visit
  • Maintain effective communication with all related department to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Handle every query in a polite and courteous manner and exceed guest expectation
  • Keep records of calls placed and received,
  • Provide relay service for hearing-impaired users.
  • Listing customers lacking details or complete information.
  • Promote company products, services, and time plans when appropriate.
  • Monitor or check busy or answered lines
  • Provide assistance for customers with special need requests.
  • Record messages to be used on telephone systems if necessary
  • Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, and sorting mail.
  • Performs other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Job Requirements

Required skill and Education

 A.     Education

  • TVET diploma in relevant field of study

B.      Experience

  • 2 and above years of relevant work experience specially in privet owned or share companies

C.      Technical and other  skills

Good communication skills,  Ability to think quickly and pleasant speaking skills

Ability to use computer applications

Ability to analyze and solve the problems

Ability to work under pressure
