Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to assist the division manager in the development of engineering service policies and procedures, plan, budget, and report of the engineering service division; to evaluate property for collateral and foreclosure; to study prices of construction materials, to prepare specifications for major maintenance and building construction works and supervision of the work.; to prepare and submit reports on the collateral estimation and suggest course of action to be taken and other assignments given by the immediate supervisor.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification Required:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or in related fields.
Minimum Work Experience
- 4 years of relevant experience of which 2 years as an Officer or equivalent position.
Additional Skills:
- Basics of banking (knowledge of Bank products and services);
- Construction management, collateral and asset valuation;
- Computer application skill;
- Emotional Intelligence;
- Data analysis and presentation skill;
- Good communication skills etc.
