Job Summary

The jobholder is responsible to plan, organize, coordinates, supervises and controls the activities of the Digital Banking, Interest Free Banking and Resource mobilization activities in the region. Designs strategies/tactics for its Regional Office to meet target and monitors its implementation; ensures effective and rational utilization of resources under the Regional Office. Helps establish, maintain and facilitate bank’s method of resource mobilization in the region. Actively participates in mobilizing resources, deposits and foreign currency earnings, supporting the Bank’s objectives, particularly in areas such as low cost deposits.

Job Requirement

BA Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Marketing Management, Management,   Economics, Banking & Finance plus minimum of 9 years banking experience out of which 3 years in supervisory position.

Place of Work : South West Region – Jimma Town
