Symbol Technologies is one of the leading systems integrator in the country that provides various ICT solutions to the commercial, private, government, non-government education and telecom sectors. Currently our company is seeking to hire professional with Marketing Manager position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing marketing strategy in line with the company objectives.
- Evaluate the impact of marketing plan in achieving their stated objectives.
- Identify a target audience, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategies and determine the best way to reach that audience.
- Propose and manage marketing research.
- Build strategic relations and partner with customer.
- Lead the execution of marketing operation.
- Work with the other marketing teams, other internal stakeholders, and external agencies and vendors
Job Requirements
Skill:
- Good managerial and decision making skills
- Self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility and team work capabilities.
- Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results
- Exposure to digital marketing
- Strong project management skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Negotiation Skills
Requirements:
- Education Level: BA in Marketing management
- Experience: at least 2 years of proven experience working
- Strong verbal, written communication and presentation skill in Amharic and English is required
- Ability to work under pressure
