Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, Management, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience out of which 3/5 years as a General Manager respectively Expereince: 8 years for Master's and 10 years for Bachelor's

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management, Economics, Business Management or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in business development-related duties in banks or the microfinance sector

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance or in a related field of study with relevant work experience, out of which 3 years in a senior/managerial related position
