Job Description

 Formulate and implement procedures with regards to transportation, maintenance and other services.

- Planning and managing logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services

·         check driving license of the drivers. Supervise the usage of transportation facilities.

·         direct and supervise all activities related to transportation and insurance of vehicles.

·         ensure and follow-up that all operational vehicles have insurance coverage. Ensure and follow-up the proper and timely maintenance of vehicles.

·         supervise the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles according to priorities and needs of various work units, check all the vehicles are in good condition.

·         authorize requisition for fuel, oil, lubricants and other necessary supplies required to facilitate and carry out transport operation.

·         make weekly or monthly meeting with the drivers. Ensure that safety and traffic regulations are observed at all times by drivers.

·         Other related duties as per the direction of line manager

Job Requirements

 A minimum of diploma in logistics, supply management or related fields with at least 5 experience 

·         other skills: proficiency in Ms- office products, such as word & excel.

·         strong communication and time management skills.
