Position: Sponsorship Coordinator
Division/Department: Commercial Department/ Marketing Work Unit
Reports to: Brand Manager
Term of Employment: Full time
Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with a frequent travel to up countries
Required No.: One
Purpose of the Job
- To Liaise with Sponsored teams and Events and ensure Brand Communication as per SBP.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Closely work with Sponsored firms/institutes to ensure UB's interested is ensured all the time
- Facilitate execution of agreed terms to both Sponsored party and UBE
- Create a smooth relationship with sponsored parties and able to get buy-in as seconded personnel to their firm.
- Co-plan and facilitate activities related with sponsored parties / events after approval from Brand manager
- Own and manage activity related budget
Job Requirements
Minimum Educational Background and Experience Required
- BA Degree in Social studies or related Fields
- Minimum of 2 years sales & promotion related experience , Event management and agency relations experience would be advantageous
