Position Tasks

• Registering industry park job seekers and building their respective profile on the HahuJobs industry park service platform deployments Registering existing industry park active workers as per their company of employment on the HahuJobs industry park service platform deployments
• Managing industry park company vacancy demand and digitally allocating workers from HaHu Job Seekers pool when required
• Following up recruitment status of allocated workers
• Maintaining active dialog with industry park stake holders
• Providing operational and technical support on the HaHuJobs Industry park platform use and access
• Conducting one to one training for industry park company HR managers
• Managing and controlling HaHuJobs (MinabTech)physical assets in and outside of the operation office
• Provide written and verbal reports to head quarter project managers when requested
• Managing incidents and case logs via availed platform module as well as communication channels with the head office management team
• Represent HaHuJobs (MinabTech) interests in stake holder and related periodic reports
• Maintain professional and healthy relationship with all HaHuJobs (MinabTech) regional partners

Minimum Qualifications

• BA Degree in any relevant field that fits the position task requirements from a reputable university
• Very professional and ethical appearance

Technical and Other Skill Requirements

• Very good written and spoken English and Amharic
• A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• An 80% score on MinabTechs timed encoder practical examination
• Possess good organizational, multi-tasking and communications skills
• Excellent computer skills, are major requirements including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and web based platforms or systems
• Understanding of written and spoken Oromifa or Somali will have a competitive advantage
