- በተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ በዲፕሎማ/ በደረጃ ሶስት የተመረቀ ሆኖ ስድስት አመት በአስፓልት መንገድ ግንባታ ፕሮጀክት ላይ በእርዝወርክ ፎርማንነት የሠራ፤
- እድሜ : ከ55 ዓመት በታች
የሥራ ቦታ: በመንገድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክቶች /ደብረብርሐን-ለሚ/
