BOORTMALT is the world leader malting company with 3 million tones production capacity whereby expertise is widely acknowledged by brewers and distillers who rely on the supply of top quality barley malt. BOORTMALT Ethiopia Plc is a foreign direct investment, registered EIC-IP/24910/09, engaged in the construction of a malting factory and a malting barley supply chain in Ethiopia.

Responsiblity 

 


.Offer administrative support across the organization 

.Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at teh office

·Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

·Coordinate front-desk activities, like (Answer and forward incoming phone calls)

·Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable

·Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

·Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

·Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

·Update calendars and schedule meetings

·Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

·Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

·Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing

·Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings

·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

.Maintain records and the classification of in/outgoing correspondence

Without limiting the gernerality of the forgoinig, the employee shall collaborate in different tasks as 

needed by the company 



Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of  Proven experience as a Receptionist, PA,Front Office Representative  or similar role,

 Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic Language

Excellent organizational skills

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

Competency in Microsoft application including Word, Excel and Outlook

Experience with administrative and clerical procedures

Working Experience in FMCG is a plus
