Warehouse Manager 

Our Client with a state of the art warehouse management system is looking for a responsible Warehouse Manager who will be in charge of all warehouse transactions, for receiving, locating, storage and pulling of product for the sales and other warehouse operations. A very high level of accuracy, ethic and

commitment is required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be

assigned.

 Oversees the overall activities of the warehouse (incoming, outgoing, inventory count,

etc.)

 Receives all incoming shipments &; manufactured goods, and reconciles with the

packing list &; inventory issuing voucher, and positions on the shelf categorically

 Receives and supports the processing of product returned from the sales &; other

warehouses

 Assures that all received items are reconciled with the corresponding documents and

imported into the inventory management system

 Communicates any receiving issues and/or discrepancies to the asset management

department

 Insures that prompt action is takes place for all sales orders (approving inventory

checkpoint) and other warehouses inventory requisitions

 Insures that all items on sales inventory dispatch &; inventory issue is well checked before

it is approved &; issued for delivery

 Plans, coordinates, manages &; undertakes daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly &; annual

inventory count of the warehouse and generates periodic report of the count

 Reports, immediately, any inventory discrepancies against the inventory management

system (shortage, overage, damage, exchange, etc.)

 Researches on unknown shortage &; overage against the system &; proposes the wright

solutions

 Accurately organizes and records documents of all outgoing and incoming products

(packing lists, goods receiving vouchers, inventory issuing vouchers and inventory

adjustments)

 Labels all the shelves and product categories for ease of inventory access

 Identifies fast moving items and determines purchasing needs for import department

 Regularly visit all shelves &; identifies those items which are not moving, and

communicate with sales branches if it is not displayed

 Monitors closely and responds quickly to tasks pending over the system

 Works closely with store supervisor &; store keepers and monitors their performance

 Develops work plan for Store Supervisor and Store Keepers, provides work assignment

and evaluate performance

 Responds to any questions of sales person &; other warehouse store keepers &; store

supervisors promptly

 Develops warehouse management procedures &; policies, and implement when it is

approved by the company

 Researches on advanced inventory management &; controlling system, and implements

when it gets approval of the company

 Creates warehouse tags for incoming products (returned, assembled &; newly imported

products) and updates location of product in the system.

 Insures that the company’s inventory management procedures and policies are followed

in each &; every activities of the warehouse

 Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

 1 St / 2nd Degree in Materials Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management,

Management or related

 6/4 years of relevant experience

 Excellent knowledge of warehouse administration &; inventory management

 Strong verbal and written communication skills

 Strong ethical standards

 Excellent computer &; arithmetical skills

 Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously

 Ability to multi-task.

 Attention to detail
