Key Responsibility

  • Manage all the necessary customer documents which can be submitted to FTA
  • Prepare all the necessary documents in relation with GPS+ Speed Limiter
  • Write a letter to FTA depending on the customer request.
  • Submit and process to get the approval letter from FTA.
  • Create and update database and records for customer, GPS+ Speed Limiter installation.
  • Prepare and submit weekly company’s GPS+ Speed Limiter installation status based on the format to FTA
  • Follow up the installation progress online on the FMS weblog.
  • Undertake administrative tasks,
  • Ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.
  • The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision.
  • The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

Job Requirements

  • Degree  in Management, Administration, other related fields with 1-2 years of relevant experience;
  • Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication;
  • excellent organizational and leadership skills

Mandatory Skill

  •  Typing  both  Amharic & English
