Details of duties and responsibilities:
- Identify implications for cases from legal precedents or other legal information
- Meet up new clients and existing clients to render legal advice.
- Draw up legal documents, or manage or advise clients on legal transactions.
- Analyse the probable outcomes of cases, using knowledge of legal precedents.
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, and contracts.
- Providing administrative & HR support to staffs and to the company in any legal cases and Assists the senior lawyer.
- And other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Experience: - 10 years and above of proven experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skill, confident and energetic personality, advanced communication skill, understanding of Ethiopian labor law and civil code,.
- Computer & Language Skill: - Proficient with computer skills
