Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Oversee all inventory management activities—receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching raw materials and finished products. - Maintain accurate stock records and ensure all transactions are properly logged in ERP or digital inventory systems. - Enforce FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and proper handling to reduce loss and damage. - Conduct periodic stock counts, reconciliations, and audits to ensure zero variance. - Collaborate with Production and Procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted material flow. - Identify and report on slow-moving, damaged, or obsolete materials and recommend disposal or reuse strategies. - Lead and develop the warehouse team, ensuring compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. - Continuously improve warehouse layout, labeling systems, and space utilization for better efficiency. - Prepare and present timely stock and performance reports to management.
