Key Responsibility
- Post first phase cash and credit sales.
- Prepare check and petty cash payments and submit to the senior accountant for checking and coding.
- Post check and petty cash payments.
- Post issue vouchers to the appropriate stock legers.
- Prepare monthly payroll; submit to the senior accountant for checking when approved prepare to bank letter of transfer to employees accounts.
- Declare monthly V.A.T., salary tax, pension and withholding tax to E.R.C.A. and effect payments as per schedule.
- File all transactions documents
- Perform any other task assigned by the senior accountant.
Job Requirements
- B.A Degree in Accounting & Finance with 2 years of relevant experience;
- Basic computer skills and excellent interpersonal communication;
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
