Job Description

The Executive Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. The Executive Assistant is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, and inventory control. Energetic professional who doesn’t mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.

Key Duties and responsibilities (not all- inclusive, nor exhaustive)

  • Provide dedicated executive assistant support
  • Prepare and /or consolidate comprehensive reports, documentation, correspondence, briefing notes, etc. and conduct research in the area work
  • Actively seek and use feedback to improve business and procedures
  • Respond to complex business support queries in order to provide a timely and accurate resolution of enquiries for clients.
  • Oversee the maintenance of records and databases to ensure information is organized and readily available for staff and compliant with all relevant regulation and policies.
  • Receives and reviews  correspondence and documentation, proving feedback and making am dements where appropriate, to contribute to the production of these materials to time and quilts stand reds.
  • Assist manager in planning monitoring and reconciling beget (s) to ensure that planed financial resources are used effectively delivery of business support service.
  • Assess and recommend improvements to procedures and practices, to contribute to the effective delivery of busines support service.
  • Proved a fall range of complex business sport services to staff to contribute to the effective functioning of busines operation.
  • Provide advice, support and/or training to junior support staff in the provision of busines support service, in order to support their learning in providing busines support.
  •  Coordinate tasks of junior colleagues to ensure support services are delivered consistently and to the required standards.

Job Requirement

  • A bachelor degree or equivalent in Secretarial Science, administrative/Office management, or other relevant field of study.
  • A Minimum of five years of experience in office administration, executive secretary, assistant.

Place of work: Addis ababa

Duration: one year with high possibility of extension depending on performance.
