- ተፈላጊ የትምህርት ደረጃ: በአካውንቲንግ ወይም በግዥና አቅርቦት ወይም በንብረት አስተዳደር ወይም በተዛማጅ ሙያ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ ወይም ዲፕሎማ ያለው
- የሥራ ልምድ: ለዲግሪ ቢያንስ 4 ዓመት ለዲፕሎማ 2 ዓመት በሙያው በኮንስትራክሽን ድርጅት ውስጥ ሃላፊነት የሠራ፡፡
- ልዩ ችሎታ: የመግባባት፣ የሪፖርት አቀራረብ፣ የመረጃ አያያዥ እና መሰረታዊ ኮምፒውተር ችሎታ
