- በተዛማጅ የትምህርት መስክ በዲፕሎማ/በደረጃ ሶስትየተመረቀ ሆኖ አራት አመት በከባድ ተሽከርካሪዎች ላይ የሠራ፤
- እድሜ : ለሁሉም የሥራ መደቦች ከ55 ዓመት በታች
የሥራ ቦታ : በመንገድ ሥራ ፕሮጀክቶች /ደብረብርሐን-ለሚ/
