Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled HR and Facility Director/Manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resource practice and processes. He/She will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through human resources management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training & development, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management service.

The Human Resource Director /Manager is a new role to guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resource service, polices, and programs to ensure best practice and the ongoing development of a great work force. The position is part of the senior management team and reports to the CEO.

Qualification

• BA degree in General Management preferably in HR Management
• 10 years’ work experience out of which 6 years in senior HR Manager’s position

Essential Experience and knowledge:

• Proven track record as a HR generalist, preferably in senior role.
• Experience of designing and delivering coaching/mentoring, learning and development and talent management programmes
• Interpersonal relationships, discretion and confidentiality
• Knowledge of employment law
• Experience of report writing utilizing excel, word and power point
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Problem Solving Skills
• Recruitment and Selection experience
• Ability to innovative to create and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience of designing and writing HR policies, procedures, offers and contracts of employment
• Adaptability and flexibility – willing to work on a variety of projects and perform in multiple roles
