Axis Foundation Specialist and Pretensioning is well-known Specialized Contractor that is engaged in deep excavation shoring works, would like to recruit qualified and competent professionals for the following vacant position.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plans, organizes and manages sales & marketing activities.
- Implements appropriate sales procedures, provides guidance & support to improve efficiency & quality.
- Exceeds or achieves sales and marketing targets, prepares regular reports.
- Establish up-to-date filing and record keeping systems
- File and take care of all documents that should be kept in office, especially, outgoing and incoming letter keep confidential in safe place.
- Provide typing and clerical services as assigned (draft letters, Memos and related)
Job Requirements
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
- BSc. degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management (COTEM), or Architecture.
KEY SKILLS AND INTEREST:
- The ideal candidate will be professional, well presented, and enthusiastic.
- Highly organized and able to multi-task candidate with excellent phone communication.
- Excellent computer skills in (Ms Word, Ms Excel, and internet)
- Good interpersonal handling Skill.
- Tact and diplomacy in dealing with staff-related to work environment needs.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with all levels of staff and public
- Strong spoken and written communication skills
- Confidence and a persuasive manner
- Time management and strong organizational skills.
