Business Analysis and Demand Planning Manager is responsible to manage effective collection, processing, modeling, and analysis of commercial data and forecasting demand requirements associated with products and customers. The role is responsible for seeing solutions in current and new data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The person will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and finance to support and implement high quality, data-driven decisions.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivery of robust models and insights of high quality with speed.
• Provide data-driven insights that help support exploitation of strategic and tactical business opportunities, and be a champion for a data-driven, decision-making culture.
• Proactively identify key trends/ leading indicators for various functions (be it sales, new areas/ regions to target, customer behavior analysis to identify target segment/ product, customer satisfaction, market segment analysis, etc.) along with definite actions to be taken up to tap key trends and address leading indicators.
• Provide a high standard of customer service to all internal, external customers, and work partners regarding sales forecast, performance evaluation, commission payout, and various business analysis.
• Coordinate and update the available products for the sales team and customers
• Prepare periodical (Annual/Quarterly/Monthly) sales plan by studying the previous sales history of customers, region by brand, and SKUs in cooperation with commercial and finance team
• Analyze and evaluate the performance of Brands, SKUs
• Supply and Demand Collaboration
• Prepare sales forecast, demand planning, and sales performance presentations
• Create a central databank for outstanding value creation.
• Communicate with underperforming ASMs & DSMs daily basis by region, RBM, RSM, and DSM
• Coordinate sales order and stock availability and Coordinate any Support as per the business need.
• Support Business Planning process with relevant analysis from Database

• BA Degree in Statistics, Economics, or related field, Fluency in Microsoft Package, and other data analysis tools.
• Minimum 5 years’ related experience as a sales analyst or demand planer position
• Practical knowledge of sales operations
• Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques
• Advanced Excel and presentation Skill
• Ability to use power BI and Tableau are preferred
• Ability to meet deadlines and working under pressure and independently
