Job Description
The role of the site inspector covers broad responsibilities, from managing staff and overseeing projects, to maintaining safety protocols and implementing site procedures. Ideal candidate is experienced, responsible, and team-focused having spare time to dedicate two days per week to visit site consistently.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil engineering or Architecture
- Practicing professional license renewed and valid for the current period
- Minimum of 15 years’ and 12 experience in similar duty since first graduation for each positions
- Proficiency with multiple computer operating systems and software applications
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills to be evaluated during interviews
- Testimonial on exemplary analytic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills from previous clients
- Proven leadership skills with a large and diverse workforce – to be witnessed by previous immediate supervisor(s) or employer(s)
- Strong project management abilities – to be substantiated with certificates of training or performance award
- Professional demeanor and attitude – witnessed by third party individuals/organizations
