It is a pro-disability international organization which voices for ensuring disability inclusive program interventions and humanitarian response so that people with disability and other vulnerable groups can also benefit.

Overview of the work

Currently HI Ethiopia is implementing an inclusive health program named “Women’s integrated Sexual Health, WISH2ACTION Programme – the new flagship of UKAID funded health programme; and lead by International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF) and implemented in consortium with other organizations (FGAE, MSI, IRC & DMI) to transform the lives of women reproductive aged, underserved groups and marginalized populations including persons with disabilities in ensuring equitable access to and inclusive FP/SRH services.

HI Ethiopia is looking for TV spot producer company (not individual consultant) who has the technical capacity to produce TV spot in collaboration with technical support of WISH team within a short period of time, so that the TV spot can be broadcasted in TV channels to reach the targeted audiences.

The overall purpose of producing the TV spot and broad casting is to raise awareness and promote disability- inclusive intervention in the COVID-19 response.

Duration of consultancy: The duration of this Audio-visual production should take place within a few weeks after agreement made between the selected company and HI.

Job Requirements

• High knowledge of disability issues & COVID-19 prevention
• Legally registered promotion company who has extensive experience in producing public awareness via mass media in reaching different audiences
• Demonstrated & proven experience in promoting disability-inclusive COVID-19 prevention and response
• Company who has excellent technical capacity to ensure equitable access to information, disability-inclusive & high quality TV-spot production

• Submit technical work plan & price quotation (breakdown budget)
• Copy of renewed & valid registration license & TIN number
• Company profile & CV of three key consultant teams
• Sample of previous work in similar nature, particularly on disability &/or COVID-19

application which not meet the deadline will not acceptable/rejected 

Qualified firm should submit their work plan and price quotation in a sealed envelop physically to HI logistics department.
