Dhakabora Extrusion is the leading manufacturing industry engaged in production & supply of Aluminum profile, mainly for Private& Government construction sector. We want to recruit and hire a highly skilled, competent & versatile professional Store officer. 

• Keeps track of information in order to keep businesses and supply chains on schedule as per the standard.
• Ensure proper scheduling, record keeping, and inventory control, keep accurate records on materials, supplies, and other equipment that enters a warehouse.
• Verify the quantity and quality of items they are assigned, checking for defects and recording what they find.
• Gather information, use counting devices and calculators & prepare reports on warehouse inventory levels. Keep a record of all items that enter or leave the stockroom and inspect for damaged goods.
• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the stockroom, Receive, unload, and shelve raw materials, finished good and processed and semi finished goods.
• Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control
• Maintain strong communication with team & user departments.
• Initiating order of materials based on reorder point
• Ensure proper stoking materials by using appropriate method and presentation to avoid any damage and losses
• Ensure a smooth issues of material to the department
• Categorize the materials base on their category and store in appropriate location
• Neat and clean the store house properly and display materials properly.
• Performs other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Competences

• Knowledge of proper bookkeeping and inventory management
• Familiarity with standard concepts and best practices in a stockroom or warehouse environment
• Analytical mind with ability to make accurate mathematical computations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Competencies in data entry, analysis, and management using software.

Education Qualifications and Requirement

• BA Degree in purchasing and store management
• Proven skills in storekeeping, inventory control, or record keeping.

Experience

• 2 years experience
