Diploma or Certification in Garment Construction, Fashion Design or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Location: Hawassa Industrial Park Duties & Responsibilities: - Interpret design sketches and specifications to create accurate patterns for garments. - Develop first samples based on approved patterns and construction methods. - Adjust patterns based on fit comments and technical feedback. - Collaborate with designers, technical teams, and sewing operators to ensure feasibility and efficiency in sample production. - Maintain pattern archives and documentation. - Ensure patterns meet quality standards and are production-ready. - Operate pattern-making tools and CAD systems (if applicable). - Support in trial runs and pre-production approvals.
