The GIZ – Energising Development Ethiopia (EnDev) Project would like to enter into a non-exclusive framework agreement with service providers for the lease of excellent condition Trucks, Buses and Minibuses (VAN). 

Interested bidders who fulfill the following criteria can request the bid document starting from Monday, 28^th of September 2020, 8:30am via an email address: pcc@giz.de

Job Requirements

1. The company must have at least five years of proven experience in the tour and travels business and/or truck rental experiences in providing Buses/Truck in the government and/or non-government organizations.

2. The company should have the required Buses and Truck registered in the name of the company or in the name of the owner of the company, thereafter, failing which offer will be rejected. The copies of the ownership book of the vehicles and trucks registered are to be attached with the technical bid.

3. Willing and able to guarantee the delivery of materials and services in accordance with the agreement.

4. Performance certificate issues by another organization should be attached with the technical bid.

5. The company should have:

a. Company profile

b. Tax identification Number (TIN)

c. Valid Registration Certificate

d. VAT Registration

e. Letters of recommendation, in any are available

All bids must be delivered/submitted physically to the address below at or before 4:30pm local time on Monday, 12^th of October 2020.
