Essential Job Functions: Duties and Responsibilities

• Provides over all leadership, program supervision, and project management.
• Makes key decisions and solve problems while ensuring operational and program integrity.
• Serves as the chief liaison with USAID and Government on project related -matters.
• Manages the acquisition and supply of project financial and human resources.
• Supports the efficient and accountable management and report of program achievements and finance.
• Support monitoring, evaluation and learning on an ongoing basis
• Ensures that procedure are established and complied with for development, selection, design and implementation of grants.
• Provide effective coordination of activities with those of relevant government and other organizational activities.
• Leads the development and review of annual work plans and budgets; and the preparation and submission of report to meet USAID requirement.
• Supervises and support project technical staff.
• Ensures the quality and timeliness of all deliverables.

Job Requirement

• Masters Degree in Health and related professions
• At Least 10 years work experience from which 5 years of experience in advocacy for person living with HIV, experience on direct management of local civil society, with practical experience on PEPFAR program management focusing on HIV, OVC and car & treatment service is preferred.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa City with Frequent Field Travel
