Job Description
- You will manage and provides technical oversight of the development and implementation of the country program (CP) Emergency programming, particularly for large and complex projects
- Ensuring effective system and process are in the place that support high quality providing advancing Catholic Relief Service work in serving the poor and vulnerable
Job Requirements
- MA/BA degree in related field with 7 years relevant experience for MA or 10 years relevant experience for BA degree of which 4 years in managerial posts
- Experience in the field of Emergency and for an NGO would be a plus
- Good experience in project grant management including project design, preferably for grant from multiple public donors, including USID
- Demonstrated ability to write high quality technical proposal
- Experience engaging with partner organizations
