Job Description
- Enforce the rules of hygiene, safety and behavior within his/her team.
- Contribute to personal development of his/her team.
- Oversees the production of quality malt during his/her shift without downtime.
- Follows the production schedules (recipes, blending, …) given by the Production Manager.
- Follows the cleaning schedule given by the Production Manager.
- Records properly all necessary production process data and reports every deviation that occurred during his/her shift.
- Coordinates the priorities of the maintenance crew in case of unplanned downtime in the absence of the Production Manager and the Maintenance Team Leaders and Manager.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- BSC Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering ,Food Science or related
Experience
- +5 Years of experience, 3 years as Shift Leader in Manufacturing Industry
