Bachelor's Degree in Agronomy or Dryland Agriculture or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance and expertise in implementing sustainable agricultural practices suitable for dry land conditions, including in implementation of flood-based farming techniques and water-harvesting systems. - Deliver training programs and workshops to educate farmers on best practices, modern techniques, and innovative technologies for maximizing yields in dry land agriculture. - Advise on water management practices, including rainwater harvesting, irrigation systems, and efficient water use techniques to optimize crop production.
